Bernina Club – Month 2: Mastering Free-Motion Control

Bernina Club is your monthly opportunity to learn new techniques, explore accessories, and connect with fellow sewists. In Month 2 of Bernina Club, we’ll take a deep dive into free-motion quilting techniques using the BERNINA Stitch Regulator (BSR). This lecture-style demonstration will show how the BSR helps create consistent stitch length while quilting curves, motifs, and textures with confidence. We’ll also explore ruler work fundamentals, including proper setup, ruler safety, and smooth line control, followed by a free-motion demonstration using a darning foot. Perfect for quilters who want to better understand their machine’s capabilities, this session builds confidence and skills you can take straight to your next quilting project.
