Folded Star Fabric Ornament - No Sew and Beginner Friendly

Folded Star Fabric Ornaments

This is a no sew, beginner friendly project for you to use up fabric scraps!  Although technically we are making Holiday ornaments, you can create an ornament for any holiday, college spirit, birthday gift, or just to make someone smile!

The class fee includes a kit with the ornament ball, ribbon, and bling.  The instructor will have extra balls to buy (first come first served) and crystals to purchase if you desire.  Cash only please.  She will also show you how to mark regular 3" styrofoam balls if you want to bring your own.

Class is taught by Barbara Messer.

Supplies needed:

• fabric scraps in your chosen colors:  center fabric 8 pieces 2"x3"; middle fabric 16 pieces 2"x3"; outer fabric 16 pieces 2"x3" plus one 2.5"x11" for band.
• optional pop fabric 16 pieces 2"x3"
• fabric scissors
• #2 pencil WITH eraser
• Pen to mark the ornament balls (not a sharpie, but a fine tipped ink pen)
• FLAT HEAD straight pins 1-1.125"--you will use 200 per ball.

Please bring lunch or snacks.
